Birthday card

Hello Everyone,

Here's a quick birthday card I made using My Creative Time Flower Die. I also used Spellbinders on this card. The leaves are from another of My Creative Time stamp sets only using the leaf die from Piles of Smiles. The ribbon and button is from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Holiday Greetings!

Good Morning,

Here are a couple more cards that I have done recently. The Turkey is from My Creative Time Piles of Smiles Stamp set. The leaf on the flower is from the coordinating dies from that same set. The Flower is from  the Rolled Flower Dies, also from My Creative Time. Instead of using just one color for the flower, I cut out two of the same flower in different colors and cut the little tab off at the end where you would stick the flower down and then I just started to roll both of them together and then hot glued them both down. The pearl inside the flower is from Walmart that I got in the jewelry section of the craft isle. The paper used is from Walmart. I embossed the background using Swiss Dots Cuttlebug embossing folder.

The Christmas card was made using Just Tags Die and Just For You Stamp set, all from My Creative Time. The paper used is from My Mind's Eye 6x6 Paper pack called Christmas that I picked up at Michael's. The ribbon is just something I already had. All of my cards are cut at 4.25 X 5.5

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at my projects. Hope you all have a great day!

Things I'm working on...

Hello Everyone,

It's been awhile since I last posted. I'm so happy I finally get a break from school work. I'm spending the next two weeks crafting, because I don't get to when classes are in session. Okay, enough of that, here are a few pictures of what I did today and I will post some more once I remember to take the pictures of the cards that I did yesterday.  All of these are samples of napkin holder decorations. My cousin wants me to come up with something for her son when he graduates this year. So here they are and they are all done using My Creative Time Stamp set called Here's Lookin' At You and includes the graduation hat die you see in the first photo. The rest are done just using the stamps in the set. Here's the link http://shop.my-creative-time.com/Heres-Lookin-At-You-MCT-074.htm

And don't forget to stop by her blog, she's got something up her sleeve for this Friday. Here's the link http://www.creativetimeforme.com/
Okay, I almost forgot to mention, the squares are from Spellbinders and they are the Classic Rectangle Small and Large. The Scallop and circle are punches from Stampin Up! The white circle is the 1-1/4 inch. I just cut out strips of paper at 2 inches wide by 5-1/2 inches long. Makes for a perfect Napkin Ring. You can dress these up or down however you want. I just made them simple because I'm not sure what exactly she wants.
Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!

Friday Tip

As I was browsing pinterest this morning I came across how to make your very own snow glue for projects. As you know there are many of us crafters always looking for a better way or even a simple way without having to spend a lot of money to make our projects look better. Snow Paint: you take equal parts glue and shaving cream and mix it together and spread it where you want on your project and let it dry. It dries with a nice fluffy snow like texture. So that's it. Here's the link http://www.momendeavors.com/2011/01/snow-paint.html

Happy Crafting Everyone,
