Valentine Treat Box

Good Afternoon, here is a little treat box I made. It's fairly simple box to make, all the products and dimensions of the box will be below.

My Creative Time:
Treat Slider Box
Stitched Heart Layering Dies
Stitched Scallop Heart Die Set
You Had Me At Chocolate

For the box I used the Treat Slider Box and put in my cuttlebug so that both sides were the same with the straight rounded edge. I then scored it at 1" for both sides and then turned it and scored it at 3/4". I then folded and glued and used a hole punch to punch my holes. I then cut a 3/4" strip by 6" for my handle. When it comes to the handle you can decide for yourself how big of a strip you would like. I glued and used two brads for the handle. You can adhere the handle however you would like. That is it, I hope it makes sense. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

Valentine Box

Hello Crafty Friends, here is my latest project, a Valentine Box. I started this project and couldn't decide what to put on it. It all then came to me and now you get to see the finished project. To make this box I used the We R Memory Keepers Gift Box Punch Board. It took me several tries to get this right, it's a good thing I didn't use good paper my first few tries cause I totally messed them up. So my advice for when you decide to purchase the Gift Box Punch Board, do not use good paper when you first attempt to making boxes.

For the top of the top of my box I used:
My Creative Time:
Rolled Flower Dies
Stitched Scallop Heart Die Set

Spellbinders:
Foliage
Heartfelt Creations:
Leaf Medley Precut Set

For the rest of my project I used:
My Creative Time:
Stitched Heart Layering Dies
Stitched Fun Ticket Dies
Fun Tickets
What A View! Die
Stitched Party Dies
Chocolate Greetings
(includes kiss and banner dies)
100% Sweetness
Fun Pockets
(includes pocket dies)

For the face on the kiss I used a Peachy Keen face from PK-112 Cherub Face Assortment. I also put some red confetti hearts that my mom had given me awhile ago.
Inks used:
Stampin' Up Real Red/Black/Chocolate Chip
Paper:
Stampin' Up! Real Red/Whisper White

You can find everything I used here and here.

Treat Holder

Hello Everyone,

It's Wednesday, and today I have a Valentine Treat Holder I made using My Creative Times 3x3 Fancy Tri-Fold Card die. I cut out two of these and glued the bottom portions together, cut off the top of one so that I could fold the top portion over. I punched two holes in the top and put my ribbon through so that I could tie it. I also used the Stitched Heart Layering Dies and stamped them using a set called You Had Me At Chocolate. The Just for You comes from Card Sentiments which includes the 3x3 Fancy Tri-Fold Card Die. The ribbon I had on hand and the paper is Real Red from Stampin' Up!

Thanks for stopping by and hope you  have a great day!

Locker Decor

Hello Everyone,

I made this by special request from a friend. These are going to be put on the girls lockers. I had so much fun making them, used my Gypsy to make these and then cut out the numbers and glued them on top. I tried cutting the numbers out as well, but that didn't work out so I had to go a different route. I think these turned out fabulous and can't wait for the girls to get them to put them on their lockers for everyone to see. They measure at 5-1/4".

Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a great day!

See Ya Later

Hello Everyone,

I made this card using products from the Sale-A-Bration catalog from Stampin' Up! that will be available starting January 28 and will be able to order from until March 31, 2014. For every $50 you spend you get a FREE Sale-A-Bration gift. They are all cute and easy to use and can mix and match. For the base I used Coastal Cabana which is sized at 5 1/2 by 4 1/4. The paper is a DSP that you can earn for free and is called Sweet Sorbet, this paper is really awesome, very colorful and can be used with all your cards, scrapbook pages and more. I also used the Twine from the Sweet Sorbet Accessory Pack that you can also earn free with every $50 you spend. I used the See Ya Later stamp set from the Sale-A-Bration catalog as well. This stamp set comes with a total of 4 stamps and each one is equally awesome. I will be making cards with those as well and posting them soon. This card was definitely out of my element, always willing to try something outside my comfort zone and really like the end result. If you'd like to learn more, please feel free to contact me.

I had so much fun making this and it took really no time at all to throw it together. As always thanks for stopping by and hope you have a great day.

Kat
